Once signed in, you're on the Web App's home page. Here, you can easily handle all inspection service requests. You can book services, make payments, monitor ongoing inspections online, and view and download draft and official reports.

After signing in, select the service item you need from the left - hand navigation bar. For example, if you choose WeCertify Full Inspection Services:
• Click Book Service and fill in inspection details like basic info, manufacturer info, personal info, and style info.
• Upload detailed product info such as sketches, designs, size chart, accessories, packing details.
• Select whether need Sticker-Attaching Service or not.
• A TradeAider account manager will contact you within one working day to confirm service details and set the fixed service charge for payment.
• On the home page, click the Pay button to enter the payment page. You can pay online via PayPal which is the easiest way for you. Or you can pay by T/T remittance by getting the receiving bank info first and upload the bank slip upon sending of the fund.
• Once you have paid we'll arrange our inspector(s) to the factory to conduct inspection service at your requested time.
• On the home page, click the Monitor Inspection & Draft Report button to access online monitoring. TradeAider is the only inspection company globally that enables clients to effectively monitor the entire inspection process in real - time through the Web App. It's like being on - site at the factory. Also, clients can view the online Draft Report with photos, videos, and comments uploaded by the inspector right after starting the inspection. This helps clients to instantly grasp the quality status of the products during inspection and make timely decision before receiving the Official Report when it might be too late.
• The official inspection report will be issued 24 hours after inspection completion. Click the Official Report button on the home page to view and download it. With pride again, TradeAider is the only service provider to include on - site inspection videos in the Official Report.
