Traditional third-party or quality control management company is strong in testing and certification. However, they do not guarantee the quality of products. They do quality inspection mostly when production is finished, which is too late to fix issues to maintain on-time delivery. Whereas TradeAider takes complete control of the production to see through all aspects from the beginning to the end, to GUARANTEE the quality of the finished products. Traditional third parties provide inspection services requested by the buyers mostly at END of production, however just a simple report is provided saying "Pass" or "Fail" when goods are finished. Whereas TradeAider's WeGuarantee third-party quality assurance service is a process-control-oriented service, finding and solving the problems timely throughout the entire production period. The most valuable solution is to prevent the problems from occurring and ensure the quality is good before the QC inspection, which is what the buyers need. Traditional third parties do not bear any responsibility for the reports they issued. Whereas WeGuarantee bears the responsibility if the quality is not as per the buyer’s specifications.

If I find a manufacturer by myself, not through the database of manufacturers on TradeAider's website, can I still use TradeAider's WeGuarantee Service?_copy20241128_copy20241128

Yes. However, TradeAider will need to conduct a Factory Evaluation on your manufacturer. If the evaluation result is acceptable, then TradeAider can accept to provide WeGuarantee service to you and your company. If the evaluation result from factory inspection is not good, then TradeAider may consider it too risky to provide WeGuarantee service for this business.

What will be the service charge of WeGuarantee Program?_copy20241128_copy20241128

Only 3% to 5% of the order value will be charged for the Weguarantee quality control service, depending on the order value, the condition of the manufacturer, the lead time, the requirement of quality level, etc. Compared with the 15%-20% cost paid to the traditional trade agent or even higher to have your own office in China, this is a huge saving for you and your margin will substantially increase.

How do I pay for the WeGuarantee service? _copy20241128_copy20241128

Once WeGuarantee Service Contract is signed, 40% of the service charge is to be paid to TradeAider upfront, in order to initiate the service. 40% to be paid at the date when bulk production commences and the balance 20% is to be paid before TradeAider signs off the“QUALITY CONFIRMATION SHEET” to confirm goods can leave the factory to be sent to freight forwarder.

What if I do not like how the process is going, will I be able to cancel the WeGuarantee service during the order? What are the conditions? _copy20241128_copy20241128

You are free to cancel the service order at any time. However, any service fees already paid will not be refunded and the balance owing will be canceled.

WeInspect Services | A 50% inspection service but the due obligations we undertake is not discounted.

How We Do:

• TradeAider's inspector(s) will inspect 50% of the products. Although the service is half as compared with that under WeCertify Services, But TradeAider still makes a commitment to take our responsibility in case we do not do our inspection well.

• The big value of this WeInspect Services is that although the quantity inspected is 50% and not 100%, the due obligations TradeAider undertakes is not discounted. Because TradeAider still makes strong commitment to take our responsibility should we not doing our inspection well.

Charge:

• USD149 per man-day times the man-day(s) needed for the 50% inspection.

Commitments:

• After service and from the selling of the inspected products, if the percentage of the products with quality problems exceeds the percentage figure stated in TradeAider's Inspection Report by a certain percentage, TradeAider will refund the same certain percentage of our service charge to the clients.
